I almost shed a tear getting on the scale this morning....

So my daily routine is waking up around 7 and letting our dog out to piss and shit.. well this monrning i decided to jump on to my scale... i did go to a pool party the other way for a bit and i did dine out a couple days... in a row.. but DAMN what i saw and what i tought i woulda saw was totally diffrent.. my average weight is 213.. i stepped on this morning and i was a whopping 220!!

This cant stand. So im proposing a diet for myself and documenting every step of the way... i will be changing my diet and workout plan.. i did graduate with a Nutritional science degree.. i should put it to good use...

My goal is 10 weeks from now.. i will lose 15 pounds.. thats 1.5 lbs a week...

on another note... i will be taking my DATs in 11 days 1 hr and 45 mins... god im am so not ready for this...GOD please help me...
